Terms of Service

Welcome to Ajonu, the app discovery platform available at ajonu.com (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full and acknowledge that they constitute a binding agreement between you and the company behind Ajonu (referred to as “Ajonu,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective upon posting on the Platform, and continued use after such posting constitutes your consent to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to the Ajonu branding, logos, design, text, images, software, and underlying code (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by Ajonu or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and use the Content solely for purposes of discovering apps and evaluating offerings via the Platform, and only as permitted by these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you by use of the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or exploit the Content for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of Ajonu.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

The Platform functions as a gateway to applications that are hosted on Google Play by third-party developers. Ajonu does not host, host-provide, or control the apps themselves on ajonu.com. When you select an app listing on the Platform, you will be redirected to Google Play or a related Google Play storefront. The terms, conditions, privacy policies, and content governing those apps are established by the respective developers and by Google, not by Ajonu. Ajonu does not guarantee the availability, safety, accuracy, reliability, or legality of any third-party apps, nor does it warrant that Google Play will be free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of third-party apps is at your own risk, and you should review the applicable Google Play terms and the developer’s policies prior to download or use.

4. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AJONU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. AJONU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANY CONTENT OR DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS USED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AJONU, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. IN NO EVENT SHALL AJONU’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD 100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO AJONU FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ajonu and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from (i) your use of the Platform, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) any violation by you of any third party’s rights.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will provide notice through the Platform or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, discontinue use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ajonu is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

9. Entire Agreement; Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ajonu regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Ajonu. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
